GSA Techsource are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Support who will be working for a client of a global IT provider.You will be:- Gathering scheduled Reports from Cyber Security tools and preparing dashboards and presentations- Helping the assignment of the ServiceDesk tickets- Following up the progresses on important incident or ServiceDesk tickets and reporting the progress- Handling IT inventory count, asset assignments to the individuals, asset tagging a recording in ITSM tool- Preparing all sorts of reports such as system uptimes, database availability, cyber attack reports, etc- Assisting with all day-to-day administrative activities of the IT department- Assisting the Head of IT with different projects such as Sharepoint, also reporting and presentations.This role falls inside IR35.GSA Techsource Ltd operates as an Employment Agency when recruiting for permanent vacancies, and an Employment Business when recruiting for contract vacancies. All contract rates quoted are to Ltd companies.
