So, what are we looking for? You will be passionate about marketing communications with a proven background of increasing reach, impact and reputation through effective marketing tools and techniques. You will be conversant across all communication channels, including digital and social media with a creative edge to your work. Ideal candidates will have demonstratable experience of marketing communications gained within Financial Services, Banking or Investment Management, however, other sectors will be given due consideration. In addition, you will be flexible and agile; able to embrace the nature of a start-up; and a strong team player with strong communication skills and first-class report writing capabilities. Experience of developing and delivering an events programme would be beneficial

The Bank's team will continue to work flexibly from home and our hub offices that we will establish in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Currently the Bank has one hub office in central Edinburgh.

Candidates seeking to work 4 or 5 days per week will be considered for this role.
