Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund's A Better Start programme LEAP was established in 2015 to demonstrate how to improve children's life chances through investing in early years provision and connecting local services.During the next two to three years, we expect our portfolio of services and activities to maintain a broad steady state so that the initiative can be fully evaluated. However, behind the scenes we are working hard with local commissioners and stakeholders to plan and ultimately deliver LEAP's legacy.This senior role will require high level strategic and operational skills; a detailed understanding of commissioning and local systems change; and a strong knowledge of early childhood development, and early years services and systems.
