Senior Manager, New Product Onboarding are actively looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Manager to join our Issuing Onboarding team in London to support our clients with integrating to our new product suite which includes card issuing and marketplaces.
The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for leading the team which works with our clients to define the requirements to design the solution and then work with internal teams to get the product live. In addition to this you'll be building out processes with teams across the business to ensure that we can effectively service our clients. What You'll Be Doing
  • Work with new and existing customers to define the optimum product set up and delivering on the vision
  • End to end ownership of onboarding projects. Responsibility for day to day interaction with internal teams (Compliance, Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations) involved in onboarding new issuing clients
  • Management of the growing Onboarding team, driving the process improvement, standards and efficiencies of the team
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure that all operational processes are implemented prior to putting clients live
  • Translate product and business requirements into solutions that can be shared with the wider company
  • Create and implement new operating processes for the issuing product

  • Strong project delivery or project management experience with 4 years experience working in payments
  • You know how to get things done; able to organise/liaise with internal and external teams to meet timelines
  • Experienced in leading a growing team
  • Experience working directly with card schemes
  • Focused on creating slick processes, always aiming for simplicity and efficiency
  • Strong, collaborator, communicator with the ability to influence partners across organisations and businesses
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • A pragmatic contributor with an ability to think outside the box
