If so, our client, a stock transfer company that provides corporate trust, stock transfer and employee share plan services in a number of different countries is currently looking for a Business Analyst who has experience working with ServiceNow implementation.
The successful candidate will be a proven BA with the below skills and experience:
* Able to understand and document business and system processes
* Experience in defining process flows for Service Now such as Access Requests, Approvals, user management, etc.
* Experienced in working with design and delivery teams
* Have created user guides and process flow diagrams
* Understanding of support and change process.
* Strong analytical skills
* Good communication skills: written and oral
* Stakeholder management
This position will be a hybrid role to start with the candidate needing to visit the office in Bristol or Edinburgh once or twice a week, but our client can be open to remote work for the right client.
