Datapol seek an experienced digital marketing manager to join a Service Provider with a growing brand & channel team, responsible for the overall digital acquisition experience and conversion optimisation of traffic from all sources.

A fully experienced digital marketer across data analytics, UX, CRO you'll work closely with channel managers (paid media, SEO, social, affiliates) and content teams to create best-in-class digital experiences that deliver results. You'll already have a strong track record of developing test plans and optimising website performance to deliver results that are aligned to business objectives (sales volume, value/ARPU maximisation, brand credibility).

Responsibilities:

* Understand and report on the day-to-day digital sales performance, and contribution to overall trading targets. Be able to articulate the reasons for over/under performance, succinctly and confidently with senior management.

* Understand the key web metrics across the web funnel and identify the drivers of these (e.g. postcode searches by channel)

* Turn data into insights and drive development and enhancement for the website and other digital channels.

* Own the macro customer experience of the website - ensuring we understand the key customer journeys and where the pain points are based on customer feedback

* Lead the content roadmap, ensuring current commercial content is optimised for SEO and site experience.

* Own the GTM for all propositions and promotions, ensuring they are delivered on time and to brief, whilst bringing the performance perspective to how campaigns are delivered.

* End to end delivery of experimentation by managing the experimentation lifecycle - research, ideation, design and evaluation

* Defining the website conversion optimisation roadmap, to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates to deliver to trading targets.

* Own the full Google Analytics reporting suite, and all other digital reporting tools and the agency relationships with the relevant reporting and agency meetings.

* Key stakeholder and decision maker on marketing platform tools and integrations to support reporting, insight and decision making

Experience/skills required:

* CRO - Track record of working on ecommerce websites driving significant measurable performance improvements - client or agency

* Data and Analytics - Fluent in Google Analytics and Optimize and creating dashboards, used to creating a data driven approach to optimisation. Knowledge of other user experience and reporting tools also useful

* Complex consumer organisation - used to working in a fast-paced consumer environment with multiple stakeholders

* Excellent communications skills to lead, inspire and influence others and build relationships at all levels

* Confident Team Player - real team player able to lead and get the best out of people
