CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGER£300-£400 PER DAY (OUTSIDE IR35)3 MONTH CONTRACTTRAVEL REMOTE//LONDON

Harnham is partnering with a leading travel brand that is looking for a Customer Insight Manager to join their customer experience team, where you will be supporting the business understand their customers better!

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Customer Insight Manager will be tasked with the following:
  • Lead the analysis of customer behaviour, the factors that affect customer satisfaction & opportunities to improve this.
  • Segment & profile different customers & their customer journeys
  • Collate internal & external data sources
  • Report customer intelligence in a visualisation tool
  • Work across both quantitative and qualitative datasets

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCEA successful Customer Insight Manager will have the following:
  • A background working with Market Research data
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic understanding of the impact of insight on commercial objectives
  • Strong SQL & Excel skills
  • Experience working with Tableau, PowerBi, Looker or other data visualisation tool
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

THE BENEFITSOnce placed a Customer Insight Manager can expect to receive between £300-£400 per day outside IR35 on an initial 3-month contract fully remote.
