Interim Finance Manager

A fast paced, rapid growth technology organisation is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team, based in London (1 day per week in the office), £350 -£400 per day (inside IR35).

Key role responsibilities:

• Managing a minimum team of 4
• Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all financial information processed
• Direct cashflow management and forecasting
• Producing monthly management pack/analysis
• Reviewing global payroll
• Monthly balance sheet and P&L reconciliations and analysis
• Reviewing credit card/travel expense according to policy
• Indirect and Direct tax review and submission for NAM/EMEA/APAC region
• Managing cash balances
• Assisting with statutory audit and global audit

Key candidate requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Team management / leadership experience
• Strong management and financial accounting experience
• Significant month end experience
• Multicurrency / FX / Intercompany experience
• Consolidations experience
• Tax knowledge
• Technology or related sector experience
• Hands-on, proactive approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced working environment
• Able to prioritise and hit tight deadlines
