EXPERIENCED LUXURY RETAIL HOSTS- FT/PT

PRESTIGIOUS LUXURY & HIGH END FASHION / RETAIL BRANDS, BOUTIQUES & DEPARTMENT STORE LOCATIONS

THE COMPANY:

• Work for some of the leading fashion houses & brand names in the premium & luxury retail industry

THE ROLE:

• As an experienced host you will be expected to be front of house and first face client sees
• Meet & Greet
• Get client booked in for the next available sales associate/ queing system
• Ensure client has a pleasant experience/ journey during their visit
• Offer refreshments/drinks

THE CANDIDATE

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a host within luxury retail environment
• Flexible to work at least 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday, sometimes with short notice (as we operate a same day cover service)
• Well presented with confidence in giving fantastic client service on the shopfloor and luxury etiquette
• You must be a patient person with capability of working under pressure
• Organised
• Smiling and professional at all times
• Very well immaculate looking and well presented

THE PACKAGE:

• Up to £10 per hour depending on experience (up to £15ph on Sundays / Up to £20ph on bank holidays) + holiday pay + pension contributions
• Weekly or Monthly Pay Methods, with immediate start and flexible hours per week
• Opportunity to develop further and be considered for permanent opportunities
