Backlog Maintenance Project Manager, Stevenage, £200 - £250pday (Monday - Friday)

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Backlog Maintenance Project Manager to join a large Public Sector organisation in Stevenage for a 6 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension). The assignment can start immediately.

Role:

The role forms part of a busy Estates Team, who provide a maintenance service to the organisation's sites, duties will include;

• Elimination of critical backlog maintenance
• Responsible for the day-to-day Hard FM operational management of backlog maintenance
• Provide information and advice on maintenance and condition matters to Estates Management colleagues, relevant departments, related public agencies, and consultants
• Deliver and implement risk-based investment programmes for the targeted reduction of backlog maintenance resulting in improvements to key organisation performance indicators

Person:

The successful candidate will have;

• Previous experience of working within public buildings would be advantageous
• Project Management or equivalent craft qualification
