If so, we are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager (PM) to join our team at Maxxima.

As a Project Manager you will be key to the successful delivery of new internal and external world class Master Vendor solutions. Leading the mobilization of teams whilst delivering an excellent customer, candidate, and supplier experience.

We are always moving to accommodate clients without compromising service, so you will be able to work autonomously and innovatively, with the motivation to drive projects forward. Joining at an exciting team of growth within our master vendor service, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact whilst shaping our service and developing your own career.

Every day you will...
  • Provide strategic direction for presales, onboarding, supply chain, account management, procurement, and vendor coordination. Training and coaching the ecosystem in effective co-development activities
  • Create robust and repeatable project management frameworks, ensuring excellence within operating systems, driving accountability and ownership
  • Liaise with stakeholders to create a common method, that can be consistently applied to the implementation of new MV contracts
  • Implement project governance, quality controls and change management activities across the business

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
  • Strong and proven ability to work under pressure, with evidence of delivering to multi-level project plans
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills when managing senior client relations, and interacting with internal customers
  • Project Manager Qualification i.e., Prince 2 or equivalent
  • Healthcare experience with knowledge of NHS language and terminology
  • A track record of effective performance management and delivering to performance targets
