Start Date: ASAP

Location: Cheshire (Hybrid working)

Day Rate: £440 Inside IR35

An exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Engineer to join a company who have released some of the biggest hit games in recent years. You will be an integral member of the IT team, closely working with business process owners to identify, recommend, implement, and support technology solutions.

You will be involved in:

• Maintaining and monitoring all network, security, and computer systems
• Responsible for management, maintenance, and architecture of storage, virtualised environment, servers, network devices, and productivity tools
• Working with vendors, consultants, and service providers to deliver and maintain IT services
• Resolving issues and preparing status reviews and reports
• Supporting the major console platforms
• Mentoring IT Engineers and Apprentices
• Formulating and deploying long-term strategic plans

Experience required as Senior IT Engineer:

• Windows server administration
• Enterprise authentication systems (OKTA, Active Directory, LDAP, Crowd, RADIUS, Microsoft NPS, 802.11x)
• NetApp storage (cluster mode)
• Vulnerability management
• Cisco/HPE Comware networking background including Windows DHCP/DNS skills
• Technical background in infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software
• Knowledge of IT security
• Experience using automated monitoring tools
