Senior Compliance Specialist and Data Privacy Lead

My client is a leading Pharmaceutical company who are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Specialist and Data Privacy Lead.

The Senior Compliance Specialist for the Affiliate is accountable for the following but not limited to

Role

• Delivering clear and integrated compliant solutions
• Supporting the business and other areas of the organization in managing the compliance risks
• Supporting in managing the Ethics and Compliance Program
• Act as Data Protection Lead serving as a primary liaison to the EU Data Privacy team, supporting and providing oversight on data protection related issues
• Business Partnering and Governance
• Compliance Monitoring and Incident Management
• Policy & Procedure Management
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation
• Data Privacy

Key Skills

• Graduate degree - preference for health sciences/pharmacy degree
• Strong Knowledge of ABPI/ IPHA Code of Practices
• At least two years' experience in a compliance role managing compliance programmes and controls.
• Experience in data protection and privacy, with a good understanding of the evolving regulations other compliance matters (e.g. anti-bribery and corruption)
