We are seeking a passionate and engaging Welfare Assistant to help support a young boy on a 1:1 basis with ASC and ADHD. The school is based in Ellesmere Port and the working hours for the role are 3 Days a week, Monday to Wednesday and the working hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm.

The school is a lovely 2 form entry school that is in Ellesmere Port, the school is easily accessible by public transport and is on a local bus route. The school is well up to date with the latest technology and resources available to support on the job.

The role will require no personal care but will require experience of working with behavioural challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities -

Working closely with the class teacher and helping with the planning and preparing of different lessons.
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis with different SEND requirements.
Following healthcare plans.
Providing feedback to the class teacher on individuals development.

To be considered from his role, we will need -

Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
A CV that covers 10 years of Education or Employment.
A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the coast of the DBS)
