Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire
Salary: £70 - £80 per day
Start Date: September 2022

GSL Education North Yorkshire's branch is actively recruiting for a number of Teaching Assistants for a renowned school in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Our client school focuses on children with a range of disabilities and special needs.

GSL Education is seeking staff available on a flexible basis, for short-term, mid-term and long-term placements for the next academic year. Our client school looks for candidates who are enthusiastic and highly motivated to work with children and young people with special educational needs.

Interested applicants should have:

A Teaching Assistant Qualification or 6 months minimum classroom experience.
A flair for assisting in the delivery of creative and effective lessons.
Strong organisational skills.
Have experience supporting children, young people or adults with learning difficulties.
Hold a Child Only DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education. DBS sponsorship is available for this position.
