Position

You will be a key part of a fast paced team, wokring on delivery of a portfolio for a major client - Asda - on their magazine and content programme Working closely with the Senior account director you will be responsible for ensuring that all client stakeholders receive exceptional client service and benefit from your clear and organised approach to project management. You will work closely with the workflow manager to ensure that content production is delivered on brief and on time.

You will also work closely with the senior account director to scrutinise client briefs and to ensure that the creative delivery team are clearly briefed, have the resources that they need to deliver the work and that you are on hand to support them in finding solutions to project challenges.

Your understanding of content marketing will be evidenced by your ability to identify how content can be repurposed across print and digital channels, also in your ability to understand how different content types work for different audience segments and it is your role to highlight opportunities presented within the content planning and production process.

You'll liaise with the workflow manager to implement content performance measurements as well as working with your Senior account director on wider research and client development projects.

You'll attend client meetings for at least 4 days per month, also photo-shoots including food and fashion in studio and sometimes on location. Some overnight stays will be required.

Requirements

You will have experience of working in an agency environment, be confident in communicating with, and presenting to, clients and colleagues. The role requires knowledge of both print and digital technologies in content publishing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management within the content marketing environment.

This role will require travel to client offices and occasional overnights stays, supported by accompanying colleagues.

Working knowledge of the following platforms, or equal equivalents, is required:
  • Asana - or other project management platforms
  • Harvest - or other time management platforms
  • Proof HQ, Wipster - or other content sharing platforms
  • Office applications including Excel and Powerpoint / Google slides
  • Asana - an advantage but not essential
  • Harvest - an advantage but not essential
