A brand new residential care home in the Birmingham area has an exciting vacancy for a Home Manager to lead and develop the service.
The service is state-of-the-art, and you would be working for a renowned healthcare provider offering 24-hour residential and dementia care across their care homes.
Details of the Residential Home Manager vacancy and what the client is offering:
• 40 hours per week
• Day shifts only
• Great pay rates offered from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
• Ongoing training and career development
• DBS provided

In this role you will support staff members and all other aspects of managing and running the home to ensure the indicidual needs and welfare of the residents are met, with respect and dignity.
What we are looking for in a Residential Home Manager:
• Qualifed with Diploma level 5 / RMA
• Flexible in line with business needs
• Good understanding of CQC legislation and quality standards
• Able to competently motivate a staff team with excellent leadership qualities
