Brilliant social media campaigns come together through a combination of imaginative creativity, seamless project management and a commitment to outstanding client service. On behalf of an innovative national agency we are looking for a talented and ambitious Social Media Manager with all of these skills and more.

You'll join a friendly, positive and helpful team, working within a modern, creative environment.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Content planning for multiple clients - taking ownership of production of assets required for these with the Creative team and delivering to Client Service within budget and deadlines
  • Ensuring social media KPIs are met
  • Planning and building paid media campaigns
  • Working with the Creative department to create best in class social content (this role is not a creative position - however the ability to think creatively and collaborate is desirable)
  • Community engagement and moderation
  • Scheduling paid and organic social content
  • Performance reporting on various live campaigns
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc research and insight development
  • Project management where required, assisting Client Service with moving projects through the Agency

Skills and experience required:
  • Proven experience in a social media coordination role within an agency environment with responsibilities across owned, earned and paid aspects of social
  • Able to give examples of creating and managing high-profile social media campaigns that delivered results
  • Demonstrates a true passion for social media, with an excellent knowledge of ever-changing platforms, formats and trends, an interest in content production and all things social as well as an awareness of digital channels beyond that which make up the full comms ecosystem
  • Presents innovative ideas that connect client's business objectives and social communication goals
  • Applies a forward-thinking approach to all aspects of work, displayed by a positive, proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • IT proficient and competent across the entire Microsoft Office suite

Hours of work
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
  • Hybrid working pattern - 2 days in the office 3 days at home

Salary and benefits:
  • £30,000 - 40,000
