Wanted : The Account Manager will run the day-to-day management across some of our most exciting, innovative accounts. Reporting into the Account Director, the role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone to manage day to day client servicing as well as a range of media planning and strategy. Due to the wide remit, this role is fantastic opportunity for learning, development and growth.

What you will be doing:

In the role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day client service and communications planning to a range of Hearts clients. You should be a strong relationship builder with previous experience of working with clients and agency teams. Your day to day will involve lots of client contact and planning work as well as working with teams across the agency from investment to analytics and finance. You will also contribute to the management and development of more junior members of the team.

You will be responsible for:
  • The ownership & development of your own personal client contact strategy
  • Working on client briefs and orchestrating the response alongside the wider agency teams
  • Having a flawless understanding of key industry and agency tools, systems processes and analytics and using them to the benefit of the client.
  • Taking responsibility for and owning the delivery of key projects
  • Using your day-to-day working knowledge of the client's business to challenge conventions and outdated thinking or processes
