Role: EMEA Go to Market Manager

Project Overview:The Devices & Services Business Organisation team manages relationships with retailersand carriers globally. We are responsible for defining the consumer go to market strategy tomaximise the adoption of our devices and services solutions.
As the EMEA Go-to-Market Manager, you will focus primarily on the 6 maincategories and work with the partnerships team to manage business performance, identifyand build business cases for new opportunities and support with product launches andsustaining sales performance of the existing product portfolio.For this role, you will collaborate closely with the Global Go-to-market team, SalesOperations, Product team, Partnerships, Retail Marketing, Product Marketing, ChannelActivation, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal building strong relationships, influencingdecisions & using data to back-up rationale to bring a new generation of devices to market.
Responsibilities:? Identify and build business cases to help drive growth programs across EMEA? Manage any approved growth programs with the partnerships team to ensure optimalexecution. Escalate and remedy any challenges along the way.? Work cross functionally to enable channel readiness for product launches and helpmanage end-of-life activities across all channels? Understand and interpret complex sales performance, competitive intelligence andmarket share data, identify key actionable drivers of growth and translate them intomarket or channel specific recommendations and initiatives for the business andproduct teams? Support business planning process and help the sales organisation plan for 2023? Leading ad hoc analysis projects to understand market trends, performance trends,or support the preparation of business reviews, to provide actionable insights.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experienceDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsExperience in building business cases and managing growth programsStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skillsSelf starter with ability to work independently and build trust and strong cross-functional relationships.
Experience in strategy, consulting, business planning, Go-To-Market (consumer electronics) is a plusExperience managing and influencing cross functional teamsTolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approachComfortable briefing senior stakeholders on complex issues, in time sensitive situationsDemonstrable project management experienceA passion to make things happen, be creative in approach, use data to drive decisions
