Finance Manager
Up to £75,000 + benefits

Partner Financial are working with a PE backed e-commerce business operating globally with a turnover in excess of £1bn. The environment is highly dynamic, fast paced and the group has grown significantly over the years and is ideally positioned to continue to expand.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a global team, while challenging the established processes and looking to transform the way the Finance Team operates.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a global team, while challenging the established processes and looking to transform the way the Finance Team operates.
Key responsibilities:
- Challenging and transform the way the finance team operates by streamlining and automating processes
- Liaising with different line managers to introduce and update existing KPI's for the different divisions
- Leading and developing a global high performing team
- Working closely with Divisional Managers from different business units, supporting them with their reporting requirements and identifying reporting issues
- Supporting the Operations team by driving automation initiatives and improvements on different reporting processes
- Owning various accounting processes, this includes reviewing and posting the teams journals and delivering the month end close in line with deadlines
- Producing monthly commentary by business unit for payroll movements across the whole group
The ideal candidate:
- A Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience managing and developing a high performing team
- A natural team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, able to promote good team working and co-operation
- A proactive individual, able to explore issues and generate new ideas in developing continuous improvement measures
- Extensive working knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous
- Able to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence
