LIBOR Loans Transition Analyst (Long-Term Contract)

Up to £325 per day PAYE

International investment Bank requires an experienced Loans Analyst with proven knowledge of LIBOR and extensive experience of working with loan agreements to join them on a temporary basis until June 2023. Working on a LIBOR Transition Project you will work close with the Manager to transition the remaining portfolio to new pricing.

You will be responsible for:

• Handling all documentation-driven processing
• Liaising with borrowers and lenders regarding the LIBOR transition
• Reviewing and presenting documentation for voting
• Overseeing the implementation of documentation driving the new pricing
• Maintaining records reflecting the processes followed
• Review and commenting of Loan Agency documentation pre-signing
• Dealing with consents / waivers

Knowledge and Requirements:

• Familiarity with the LIBOR transition
• Understanding of both corporate finance and project finance
• Extensive agency loan product knowledge
• Solid understanding of loan documentation
• Solid IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
