My client is one of the market leading specialist providers of foreign exchange, with a network of stores, this role is based at Gatwick airport

We require Customer Service consultants to work in a Cash processing role on a shift basis, 5 days per week out of a 7 day shift pattern , between 0600 to 1630, flexibility required, the total hours per week are 37.5, with flexibility needed.

You will be delivering exceptional customer service whilst maximising productivity. This is a busy environment, working as part of a team to ensure the business runs smoothly and customers at the airport receive an excellent service and are happy.

This role would suit a confident communicator , who is enthusiastic, motivated and enjoys interaction with people.

Ideal applicants will have customer service experience, maybe retail experience and have handled cash in a business arena. Successful candidates will be subjected to a full 5 year background check to ensure compliance to airline security standards and will be given a written test during the interview process.

Experience and skills

*Excellent communication skills

* GCSE Math's Grade C or above ( or equivalent) there may be a numeracy test

*Ability to work autonomously and independently

* Be able to provide a checkable student/work history , plus clear credit and criminal record checks

*Experience in working with foreign currencies would be an advantage

* Great IT skills
