I am delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a large service set in a leafy village on the outskirts of Northampton, the home offers high-quality residential and nursing care. The service has an excellent reputation with the local community. It is set in a central location close to local transport links and would therefore be an easy commute from surrounding area.

My client is an outstanding provider of care, they operate residential, dementia and nursing care homes throughout the UK. As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home. Your key responsibilities will centre on management of staff, care delivery to residents, recruitment, training and ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies.

Skills/ Qualifications:

• Desirable that you hold a current NMC pin, alongside demonstrative experience of leading and managing teams within care homes.
• Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care
• Possess strong commercial acumen
• Have excellent communicative skills
• Demonstrate excellent leadership
• Experience in commissioning a brand-new care home
