Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant - Full Time (Swansea)

Teaching Personnel are looking for a SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant to work at a school in the Swansea area. You will be working with a wide age range of pupils, from ages 3-19 - in a Primary/Secondary school. Working for this school, you will be expected to possess the adequate skills and desire to work with children with a variety of Special Educational Needs.

Things we would ideally like to see in potential educators are:

A passion for working with children
Flexible availability
hold a valid UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
The ability to adapt, and overcome difficult situations
Strong communication skills
Enthusiasm for Sport and general Physical Education
A creative individual capable of problem solving a multitude of different situations
Competency with regards to numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills
Personal, or professional experience working with children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
