HRG are supporting a business in North East Hampshire who require an interim FC for a 3 month assignment.Candidates will need to be qualified accountants who have previous experience in the preparation of financial statements and month end management accounting, more details can be found below:Preparation, review and submission of monthly management accounts and variance analysis.Preparation of forecasts and budgets.Preparation and supervision of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Liaise & support external accountant in the preparation of statutory accountsPreparation and submission monthly, quarterly and annual corporate reportsManagement of cash flow ensuring the company has sufficient funds in meeting its liabilities as they fall due.On time preparation and submission of VAT, ESCL and other formal submissions/returns.Look to constantly improve and evolve the financial function including reporting, systems & processes.Ad-hoc request and queries as required.Qualifications and Experience:Qualified management accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with a strong technical skill set around management reporting and delivery.Solid understanding & experience of accounting and finance principles and its application.Strong analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication skills.Proactive approach to solving problems and dealing with challenges.Ability to prioritise and manage numerous simultaneous tasks.Ownership and accountability of output, including dedication and commitment to driving resultsIf you are a qualified accountant and available at short notice then please apply ASAP.
