We are now working with a secondary school in Steyning who require an experienced teaching assistant to work with small groups of students with SEND from September 2022. The successful applicant will work with designated students, either 1:1 or in small groups, in mainstream classes and assist the teachers in delivering individualised support to ensure they are able to access the curriculum.

- Be available to work full time and be able to commit to a long term role
- Have experience working with students with Autism, physical disabilities and moderate learning disabilities
- Be confident, flexible and enthusiastic
- Be passionate about raising attainment in students
