Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support Assistant - Full Time or Part Time Position· Salary: £70 - £80 a day (Depending on experience)

· Linton, Cambridge

I am currently working with a fantastic school on an exciting new role in the Linton area. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic individual who has a passion or interest in working with children and young people who have additional learning needs. Starting as soon as possible, the school are looking for you to join them on a full time or part time basis.

The School:

· Ofsted rating: 2 Good

· Specialise in complex needs, learning disabilities and physical disabilities

· Cater for primary, secondary age post 16 aged pupils

· Each lesson provides a new and exciting challenge, often with learning going beyond simply being based in the classroom.

The Role:

· Support pupils to achieve personal learning outcomes and provide the best results to the school's standards

· Help to create a fun and vibrant learning space for the pupils

· To develop an understanding of different pupils needs and adapt learning to support them

· To provide support for students and teacher through the entire school day

What you will need:

· To have a high level of communication and listening skills and be able to take direction

· To have experience as a teaching assistant (desired but not essential)

· Be eager to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of the young people and have a passion for learnin
