Our government client are currently looking for an SC Cleared Learning and Development Manager to join their team.

Contract Length: 220 DAYS

Location: Salisbury 1-2 days a week and WFH

Minimum Requirement:

L&D development support, creating Project Delivery specific content for users of the CHESS (Oracle ERP) system, working to our Process and L&D leads in the team.

• Developing learning content materials for the ERP system to be used by the Project Management community, e.g. "how to "guides, FAQs, update guidance on the CHESS system. Updating guidance as the CHESS system as it adapts to emerging requirements and the implementation of the remaining features.

• To edit the P3 Hub (SharePoint) to improve the communications and navigation of the PD / CHESS guidance pages.

The role will report to the P3 Process Manager, and also working closely with the Project Professional Development Lead.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience of editing content within Microsoft SharePoint 2016 (essential)

Ability to translate technical information and processes into user guides.

Able to work with stakeholders to refine user guides and instructions based on system changes and user feedback

Able to communicate clearly and concisely.

Experience of iSPRING (desirable)

Experience of using video editing software (desirable)

Ability to gather and analyse user feedback and use this to make informed decisions to implement learning and guidance content improvements.

The CTWs would cover the following areas;

1. Learning and Development Content Developer providing the project delivery user community communications and support for using project delivery aspects of CHESS.

2. Project management of project management related issues within the CHESS, testing and implementation. Liaising with the CHESS Support team, leads across supporting services such as HR, Finance and Commercial to ensure the issue resolutions are coordinated.

3. Completing the PD reporting requirements. Complete the work to implement and test the range of project delivery reports that can be produced from CHESS.
