Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to own the delivery of key programmes / projects in our portfolio and manage business stakeholder relationships, aiming to create a healthy delivery roadmap and increase value added to the business. Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems, the role will monitor between 1-3 delivery teams - typically comprised of 2 Full-Stack Engineers, 1 Lead Engineer and 1 Senior Engineer - allocating resources as required and balancing customer expectations to ensure that large-scale, complex group projects are delivered safely and the existing data warehouse platform and BI applications are supported and maintained effectively.

What we need from you:

• Completely understands what agility really is and always looks to keep things simple and avoids excessive amounts of code and process where possible.
• You will have an awareness of database best practices and cloud technologies (particularly Azure) and understand the importance of DevOps and ensure we can easily build, deploy and monitor solutions.

• Experience of working with and implementing BI platforms like Tableau and Power BI
• Hands on experience in the Insurance Sector is desirable
