The Events Executive role is a newly created role borne out of their desire to expand and focus more on the wide range of events they hold to enable them not only to engage with their enviable portfolio of clients but also to reach a wider audience both in the UK and globally and grow their client base even further.
This role is varied, and you will be co-ordinating a wide range of events including :
Round Table events
Exhibitions and conferences
Online eventsYour responsibilities will include :
Work with teams across the business to understand latest topics, content resources and client priorities to inform a calendar of events throughout the year
Plan and deliver regular networking events for clients and prospects that deliver an interactive learning and discussion environment. These include quarterly diversity forums - online and face to face - as well as smaller scale roundtables
Communicate effectively with all speakers and participants from point of confirmation to after the event ensuring a positive experience for them
Research, recommend and organise our participation in speaking/sponsorship opportunities at exhibitions and events
Plan and organise the annual company conference. Working alongside our external event partners organise venue management, speakers and content, attendee attraction and communications, brand and support materials, internal updates and management of the event budget
Create and execute communications and support materials for the events, ensuring brand consistency, in order to build profile and generate interest/enquiries within our customer base and new contacts
Ensure activity and reporting are maintained on a CRM system.Profile
You will already gained experience as an Events Executive and has previous exposure to managing and co-ordinating events for a B2B audience, and looking for a role where you can bring your knowledge, skills and experience to a business who will reward, recognise and develop you to achieve your career goals.
You will be someone who loves ot build relationships both internally and externally and interested in working in a creative role where you can balance your creativity with your outstanding organisation and project management skills.
