Our client based in St Neots is looking for a Foreign Trade Administrator for 3 to 6 months but may be extended into 2023.
The Foreign Trade Administrator will be supporting the Foreign Trade team in specific administrative tasks arising from Brexit.
The main duties for Foreign Trade Administrator include
• Collection of the necessary documentation to support the reclaim of duty paid to HMRC in 2021, including the identification of applicable shipments, and retrieval of the relevant customs entry, import declaration, delivery note and invoice.
• Support the creation of the reclaim application including the required statements and amended invoices.
• Carry out an analysis of all purchases in 2021 vs import data to ensure all goods have been subject to customs procedures.
The ideal Foreign Trade Administrator will have experience using SAP, a basic understanding of Customs and Foreign Trade and Excel skills.
The Foreign Trade Administrator will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Competitive salary.
