VIP Desktop Support, 1st/2nd Line, O365
Desktop Support Analyst required for a well-know and aspirational company based in Watford. The successful applicant must have experience support VIPs/Stakeholders within a large corporate, private sector environment.
Please note:-Engagement is via umbrella company onlyThis is a fully on-site role, 5 days per week
The successful applicant will be providing 1st and 2nd line support at the deskside, this will cover both hardware and software faults.
Strong customer skills essential with the ability to build relationships with senior members of staff, PAs etc.Technical skills & experience: -
