Pharmaceutical Account Executive
Our client is seeking an Account Executive to work across a number of client accounts, providing support to the client management team within the pharmaceutical and medical space. This role will suit a life sciences graduate keen to grow their knowledge across all aspects of the marketing function.
Pharmaceutical Account Executive Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Support the Account Manager and Account Director in day-to-day running of the accounts worked on
Understanding of the clients brand and the market environment
Maintain status reports to ensure the client and internal team are kept informed of project status at all times
Develop contact reports following client meetings and teleconferences
Contribute to client campaign/programme planning brainstorm meeting
Participate in studio briefing meetings, including development of briefs for projects where you hold responsibility
Maintain regular client contact, in support of the Account Manager, to progress tactics for which you are responsible

Pharmaceutical Account Executive Essentials
The ideal person for this role will be a life sciences graduate with an interest in the marketing sector. Tenacity, drive and excellent organisational skills are essential and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be comfortable talking to clients, confident to input ideas and you should enjoy working as part of a team and adaptable to last minute changes.
Based 5 miles from Oxford. Standard working hours are 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm (5.00pm Friday). You may occasionally be required to work outside of these hours as part of your role.
The team are currently operating hybrid working, with 2 days in the office.
