A permanent role, as a Events Coordinator, based in Manchester
My client is a fast growing beauty company based in Manchester. They have a really exciting working culture, with a fun, vibrant working office. They are now looking to expand their team to support the growth
Identifying event opportunities to create brand awareness with consumers & influencers.
Organise events for new product launches.
Work with external freelancers to plan & execute campaign shoots
Identify talent for us to host small & large scale Masterclasses with. Oversee all planning & execution of Masterclass planning.
Identify trade shows & other event opportunities.
Be confident with planning, organising and dealing with all aspects of event planning.
Help to organise influencer events alongside the wider marketing team.
Organising booking schedule for all content shoots and logistics.
When required, booking in talent to shoot content for Marketing.
Helping to maintain & organise event and studio props & equipment (knowledge on what is needed internally and upkeep)
Be responsible for ensuring all product & items needed for events are sent in a timely manner to the venue with support from the warehouse.
Be proactive with communicating with the warehouse team to ensure that products for events are packed up & sent ahead of time along with all props.
Alongside the Head of Social manage the budgets per event and keep track of all contributing costs.
Help to coordinate internal shoots with freelance photographers & videographers where needed for product & model shoots.
Organise internal events for team bonding.Profile
To be successful you would have;
Event Coordinator Skills and Requirements
3+ years in event planning
Fashion/beauty industry experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Portfolio of successful events
