Turning over £20 million, based on Pride Park in Derby, we have 3 brands - F&S Executive, F&S Recruitment (white collar) and Talentwise (blue collar) and are recruiting across the business due to growth demands.
We are a business that invests in staff via our training academy, with the majority of our new recruits gaining promotion within 12 months of employment thanks to a programme put in place by our training academy and via the support of external performance coaches.
The role will focus on payroll processing and purchase ledger processing and training can be provided in both these areas for the right candidate. There will be a high level of contact required with our existing customers, notably over the phone and e-mail.
Because we run a payroll for hundreds of contractors every week, attention to detail and being able to work to tight deadlines is an essential part of the position.

We have a flexible approach on what experience is required to be a finance assistant and it is often behaviours and drive to learn quickly that are the deciding factors in success.
Ideally, we want someone who has at least 12 months experience in an office environment providing administrative support, but we will also consider individuals from a customer service background providing they have had responsibility for some administration and can demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
You should have a strong grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite, notably Microsoft Excel.
You must be able to work from our offices full time.
You must have a minimum Grade C / 5 in English and Maths
