3rd Line Support Engineer/Analyst

The client is an IT managed service industry expert with many years in the IT industry and have been trading for over 30 years

Based on recent projects there is an initial number of support issues within the business

the role will be reporting to the service manager and will be closely monitored in terms of performance and delivery

The engineers will look to address the following:
  • Vmware

    Windows server

    Trouble shooting - 3rd line

    Citrix knowledge would be a benefit

The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator with a strong background in 3rd Line Support

This is a long term contract with many projects with new technology being implemented constantly so this is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in supporting users with the installation of operating systems with a view to working on higher end projects with more responsibilities

Based in Aston, Midlands

Rates £200-250 per day, based on an 8hr day. 9-5. 12 Months with a very high potential of extensions
