Are you a qualified Teacher, have SEN experience and actively looking for a new opportunity as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator? Prospero Teaching are looking for a creative individual ASAP for a fantastic school in Gainsborough.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
  • Location - Gainsborough - DN21
  • Position - SENCO
  • Start date - ASAP
  • Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing
  • End date (if applicable) - N/A
  • Full time/part time - Part Time
  • Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £140 per day
  • Hours - 2.5 hours per week

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of a school's special education policy
  • Coordinating provision of policies
  • Communicating with parents of children with special educational needs

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • QTS required
  • Previous experience working in a UK school
  • Special Needs experience
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
