RECRUITMENT & COMPLIANCE MANAGER - SOUTH LONDON - 45K - SPECIALIST COMPLEX NURSING PROVIDER

Forest Care Selection is working in partnership with a leading provider, that offers specialist nursing care to adults and children in their own homes, in and around London. They currently support a range of clients who have complex nursing requirements including, Spinal Injuries, Brain Injuries and Neurological conditions. This truly unique organisation is looking to grow its services over the next few years and is looking for a Recruitment & Compliance Manager to join their team, who will work from their office based in Wimbledon, South London.

The Recruitment & Compliance Manager in Wimbledon, London will be responsible for:

Updating, designing, implementing and overseeing their recruitment systems
Managing an existing high volume carer base to ensure they are effectively utilised
Ensuring administrative processes are robust so as to meet regulatory obligations.
Managing the existing recruitment team and ensure the team is meeting company targets and objectives.
Mentoring and coach the team where required on interview techniques and selection process
Developing the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, charities and other partners.The Recruitment & Compliance Manager in Wimbledon, London will need to have:

Experience of working in a senior recruitment management role, ideally within a healthcare company
Experience of working with high volume vacancies/applications etc
Good working knowledge of the recruitment process
Strong decision-making skills
Knowledge of and experience in delivering industry leading software and database management for regulatory requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of circa £45,000, plus additional benefits including, company pension. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 9-5.
