This is a vital role for the organisation which requires strong leadership and people management skills to ensure that the Revenue Enablement function can deliver on key strategic goals.

What You Will Do:

* Lead the Revenue Enablement team within Transaction Processing function

* Own key operational processes and metrics,

* Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance productivity

* Manage and maintain process adherence within Offer to Cash process

* Governance and maintenance of standing data within CRM platform

* Work in partnership with Commercial Finance team to model future forecasting and revenue

* Maximise revenue throughout customer lifecycle by ensuring delivery of best in class customer experience

* Proactively liaise with leadership team to provide insight that supports key business decisions

* Assist with the onboarding and training process for new employees

What You Will Have:

* Experience working in a similar Sales Operations/Enablement or Revenue Enablement role

* Experience working with Salesforce ideal

* Commercial awareness

* Experience managing service level agreements and key performance indicators

* Ability to understand high level strategies, translate them into system and process requirements

* Ability to interpret and analyse financial data
