FM Technical Services Director

Your new company

Our customer is a leading UK Facilities services business who have a strong presence across a wide range of sectors including Healthcare. They are now seeking an experienced Facilities professional with strong technical services experience to act as a technical services SME for a portfolio of contracts in the South of England

Your new role

The key elements of the role will include;

* Acting as the SME for a variety of healthcare contracts

* Undertaking strategic reviews of their technical services offerings

* Build key stakeholder relationships with account directors

* Make recommendations for innovation and transformation of the contracts

* Ensure that all HSE and statutory compliance is met across the contracts

* Troubleshooting any problem contracts

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong engineering/ technical services background within the Facilities or built environment sector, ideally from a healthcare background but another regulated sector such as pharmaceutical, nuclear or manufacturing will also be considered.
You also need to be able to travel around the South East and South Coast as there are several contracts to visit on a regular basis. Relevant building services/Engineering qualifications are also important for this role as is IOSH/NEBOSH.
