Page personnel are currently working hand in hand with this fantastic leading business to recruit for a Operations Support Manager for their head office in the heart of Chester city centre.

This is a fantastic newly created role for an experienced People Manager to head up a Operations Support team. We are looking for an organised and experienced leader to positively engage with the team and implement new processes and systems.

Description

This Operations Support Manager role will include the following:

Manage and develop individuals' performance to deliver set objectives through regular 1:1s offering coaching, training and feedback
Carry out monthly team meetings with your team of 6
Facilitate and encourage a positive working environment
Responsible for support and implement processes on all tenancy changeovers
Check all tenancy agreements before issuing to licensees
To build and maintain tracking systems for all documentation in and out of the business
Reporting monthly KPI's
To support the team on chasing documentation from BDM's ensuring this is done in a timely manner
Responsible for ensuring all statutory codes and procedures are adhered to
Building and improving reports and implementing them
Creating and implementing business plan processes
Responsible for Assisting FP&A with the annual audit of the Statutory Code
Creating the necessary documentation to support compliance
Working alongside the estates and operations team ensuring all Dilapidations across the business are served in a timely manner and in line with the companies Code of Practice
Take part in a monthly meetings to run through compliance and coordinate the necessary paperwork
Closely monitoring account set ups, ensuring correct billing lines and agreement types are being used and thereafter liaising with the sales ledger team with any issues that may arise
Oversee and administer the operator managed agreements, disposal and ULP change notifications

Profile

The successful Operations Support Manager will require the following:

Previous experience managing a team is a MUST
Understanding of Legal terminology
Previous experience with Tenancy would be advantageous
Ability to positively influence and engage with colleagues and your team
Flexibility, receptive and positive towards change
Strong IT skills
Great organisation skills
Good Communication skills
Strong administration skills

Job Offer
