Job Title: HR Admin Team Leader

Job Type: Interim full-time

Job Length: ASAP start until end of December

Location: Warwick

Work Style: Hybrid on site 3 days a week

Day rate: £300 - £350 inside IR35

Have you worked in manufacturing or a similar setting? Are you an experienced HR professional with strong admin and payroll experience? Do you have experience working within a Share Service Centre?

A production company are looking to build a dedicated Transactional Services team which will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units. Reporting to the HR Transformation and Operations Lead, the Interim HR Admin Team Leader will be responsible for supporting an administrative transformation, building the Shared Services administration team from recruitment, training and the day to day running in line with SLA's. This team support across 15 different payrolls, so strong payroll experience is crucial. The Team Leader will be required to ensure service offerings adhere to core company processes, while meeting local legislative requirements.
