Publisher Account Manager - Video AdTech
£55,000 to £60,000 + bonus - Holborn based 1-2 days a week
My client is an industry leading AdTech business focussed on programmatic, video and connected TV (OTT / CTV). They're hiring for a Publisher Account Manager to look after relationships with publishers and broadcaster clients.
They want someone who can take full ownership of a client and ensure they received outstanding customer services through great campaign performance as well as campaign insights.
The Role
· Account management of new and existing accounts from launch to growth
· Represent the company in front of clients and manage your book of accounts.
· Ensure they have an amazing client experience whilst also looking for upsell opportunities
· Help to integrate any new publisher or broadcasters onto the platform and then manage the account from that point.
· Undertake quarterly business reviews to ensure publisher partners are performing as well as they can be
· Compile and use data to drive an increase on upselling opportunities
· Work in partnerships with the commercial, engineering, and analytical teams
Experience
· Great understanding of digital advertising including multiple formats such as video, display and CTV
· Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem including SSPs, DSPs, DMPs and AdServers
· Strong account management experience, preferably managing publishers and broadcasters
· Able to prepare collateral to present internally and externally on your publisher clients
· Strong communicator with experience of managing keys accounts
· Strong project management skills and a good problem solver
