ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Fully Remote
£75,000 - £85,000
I'm currently working with a ServiceNow Elite Partner who is looking to expand their ServiceNow team with multiple ServiceNow Technical Consultants. Their current team of TC's pride themselves on building and designing high quality ServiceNow solutions as this is the minimum expectations from external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering high quality implementations based on each client's requirements
- Being able to provide technical hand-over documentation
- Ensuring that you're up to date with market development, product and strategy
- Assisting with the development of technical procedures
- Attend customer meetings to ensure that you require the scope of the project and what will be required from yourself
- Contributing to the qualification and questioning of customer requirements as well as funnelling for what their platform really needs
- Keeping your knowledge of the platform up to date by participating in internal and external training
Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years experience working on the ServiceNow platform
- Previous experience working on ServiceNow implementations and using client's business requirements
- Adhering to client coding and design standards
