Role: Technology Team Assistant

Our client is looking for a Technology Team Assistant to support the Director of Technology and the leadership team to join them immediately!

You will be involved in engagement activities and projects within the team and wide senior team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work for a fantastic organisation whom we have collaborated with for several years and our candidates love temping with them and feel part of the organisation from day one!

If you are immediately available, have administration experience and availability to commit to three-four months, this could be the perfect role for you.

HOURS: 9am - 5pm

SALARY: £12-£13

LOCATION: London

CULTURE: Professional, busy and friendly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for planning and managing the Technology Away day as the primary event ensuring all requirements are taken into account and the smooth running of the event on the day.
To Liaise with the venue ensuring all relevant activities for the day are organised and well catered for.
Arranging travel for staff to and from the venue from multiple sites.
Arrange catering within the venue for all.
Understanding the requirements of clients
Establishing and agreeing upon important parameters, such as budgets and timeframes
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
Providing clients or management with regular updates
Coordinating activities on the day of an event and implement back-up plans when necessary
While taking take of the above also supporting the Team Assistant Tech LT in the day today duties alleviating pressure points:
Responsible for supporting managing the complex diaries and managing time effectively between the relevant team members to be supported during the period of the engagement.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Confident, open, authentic, inclusive and proactive
Strong personal organisation, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
High degree of confidentiality
The ability to work autonomously using initiative
