Our client, a leading employer of choice and sought-after organisation, is looking for a credible and charismatic Operations Finance Manager to join on an interim basis. This client has a great track record of retaining talent wherever possible, so whilst an initial interim position, there could be a fantastic longer-term opportunity on offer for an impressive finance professional.

Main duties include:
* Acting as part of the leadership team responsible for 3 operating divisions
* Providing support to Operations Director on performance management of each division
* Challenging on underlying drivers of region and site level performance
* Supporting and providing insight on specific operational initiatives
* Performance reporting to the Operations Board
* Supporting the budget process, bonus challenge process and target setting
* Supporting the site level P&L budgeting
* Ad hoc project work to support wider Ops Finance team
* Tracking and analysing specific cost efficiency initiatives
* Leading the business review process with Ops Directors

Key skills & experience required:
* Qualified Accountant
* Strong understanding of financial planning and management techniques
* Clear commercial acumen, understanding of operations business drivers and ability to identify trends
* Excellent ability to communicate and build relationships with non-finance
* Proven track record business partnering in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical ability, advanced Excel
