We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated and confident team member with a natural ability for selling, client management and finding new opportunities from within our existing client base.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

The Client Services team sits within our Sales department and manages the existing client base in terms of sales, up-selling and cross-selling.

Your job will be to makes sales pitches on the telephone to our existing clients, of all the VesselsValue products that are on offer.

You will be generating new leads and calling within existing clients, liaising with and reporting to your Senior Account Manager, with the new potential sales opportunities that you have found.

Keeping a record of the information in our CRM system (Salesforce), whilst always improving relations with clients.

Key skills required
  • Sales and target driven with the motivation to succeed, a tenacious and relentless sales approach and hunger for identifying new leads
  • Developing and managing client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Fantastic phone manner
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills
  • Good attention to detail

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Previous experience in a B2B Sales position
  • Maritime Knowledge
