Role Summary

Triple Point's Property Investment Team is looking to hire an Analyst to join its fast-growing team that invests in social and affordable housing. Triple Point is an award-winning investor in social and affordable housing, having invested over half a billion pounds into the sector over the last 6 years. This role will primarily be responsible for the origination and execution of new property transactions, but the successful candidate will be involved in other investment-related projects to help Triple Point grow and remain a leader in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Origination of new social and affordable housing deals (both single assets and portfolios)
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of deals
  • Structuring to establish the best method to make deals work
  • Liaising with internal and external advisers and intermediaries
  • Reviewing and assisting in the negotiation of legal documentation
  • Relationship management to ensure deals complete
  • Preparation of internal investment papers and deal appraisals
  • Handover of closed investments to the Portfolio Management team
  • Driving the implementation and improvement of ESG and impact standards and metrics to ensure that investments maximise the social impact they deliver
  • Assisting with ancillary work-streams including research, and other operational matters in relation to the fund's day-to-day business


In order to be considered for this position, suitable applicants MUST possess:

  • High quality degree or equivalent through relevant training
  • Exposure to Real Estate Investment, preferably in an educational capacity
  • Highly numerate
  • Ability to write clearly and logically
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in conducting detailed research
