Compliance QA Analyst

InterQuest are currently supporting a high-growth EMI as they build out their compliance teams. This role is sitting in the the second line of defence, responsible for the testing of financial crime and compliance controls and assessment of risks. The business are looking for someone motivated with great communication skills as you will be providing guidance to the team by monitoring trends and identifying ways to mitigate risk. Responsibilities also include developing procedures and conducting 2nd line reviews.

Candidates should have:

• Experience of controls, testing or assurance reviews.
• Knowledge of financial crime or compliance and the regulations involved.
• Experience working in an FCA regulated business, preferably fintech.
• Stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate across the business.
